In My Own Words...

About me. . . hmmm. I am a somewhat recent college grad. Still figuring out what exactly I want to do when I grow up. I currently work for a restaurant doing special events. I am looking for a lot of things, but mainly other lesbian friends. My social scene for the last 24 years has been very status quo and I surrounded myself somehow with people who are just in a hurry to get married and have babies. I on the otherhand always knew that such life was not for me; however, it was not until about two years ago that I realized why... I don't and have never really liked boys!!! So now that I have come to terms with all of that I would like to meet more people who understand me and with whom I can be myself. I am super super girly and my friends always laugh at me when I try to "butch it up" (ie wear denim), but that is just me, I am more comfortable in heels and a skirt than tennis shoes and jeans. whatever. My attractions vary and I still do not know if I have a "type" per se. I think I am more attracted to certain personalities. I need someone who is completely self confident, smart, outgoing, and independent. I do however find myself attracted most often to somewhat sporty/punk but pretty girls.
